2010 End of Summer Trips
After our hard work on our mission trips earlier in the summer it is time to relax and let the youth have some fun before school starts back!
In 2010 we have some great "End of Summer" trips planned.
HIGH SCHOOL- New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington D.C.
Monday 8/2 - Friday 8/6

The high school youth will depart for New York City on Monday August 2nd. We will stay at 10th Street Church of Christ. We spend Tuesday and Wednesday in New York City sightseeing. On Thursday we drive to Philadelphia for a half day trip visiting the Liberty Bell and Constitution Hall. After lunch we drive to Baltimore then on to Washington D.C. We spend the night in the D.C. area at a local church. On Friday we will have the morning to see some of the sights in D.C. and then drive back to Knoxville late.
MIDDLE SCHOOL-Kings Island Theme Park and the Creation Museum

The middle school youth will depart for Mason, Ohio on the afternoon of Sunday August 8. We will stay at Mason Church of Christ in Mason, Ohio. We will spend Monday at the Kings Island Amusement Park riding the thrill rides and then return to the Mason CoC to spend the night. On the return trip to Knoxville on Tuesday the 10th we will stop and visit the Creation Museum in Petersburg, Ky.
