Application Guidelines

The church office must have knowledge of the group that wishes to use the church building for scheduling purposes. Anyone wishing to use church facilities must complete this application. The church staff will have primary responsibility for reviewing and approving usage of church facilities. Any usage that involves the sale of merchandise or services or long term use must be reviewed and approved by the board of elders and deacons. This application must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to the date the facilities are needed.

By submitting this application the person listed below signifies that he or she:

1. Is responsible for the group
2. Will see that the building and equipment is not misused
3. Will insure that the groups have proper adult supervision

The responsible person will insure that the buildings and grounds are used in conformity with the expectations of West Towne Christian Church (see facility usage policy).  The user also understands that church activities have priority for use of the building with a one month notice from the church.
