4.0 Application Process

1.  All prospective users of the facilities at WTCC must fill out a Facility Application at least two weeks prior to the event.

2.  A copy of the application can be downloaded, printed, and submitted to the Administrative Assistant, or the application can be filled out and submitted online.

3.  As described in Section 2.5, use of WTCC facilities may be subject to a usage fee.  If required, usage fees will be as follows:
